Trades: Quote to Job

Win the job, book it in, and collect the review

By LUCY·Trades and home services

For plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners and other home-service businesses. Every enquiry is answered with what happens next, a call-and-quote task lands on your team and is chased if the customer goes quiet, a booked job gets a clear confirmation, and a finished job asks for a review and, later, a referral. Use it instead of Speed to Lead, not as well.

What you get

  • Every enquiry answered with what happens next
  • A call-and-quote task, then a chase if they go quiet
  • A clear job-booked confirmation and a job-done review request
  • A referral ask two weeks after the job

about 9 hours saved a month

How it works

Exactly what each automation does, in order. You can change all of it after installing.

Quote to Job: new enquiry

  1. When a new lead is added

  2. Email: "We have your enquiry"

  3. Create a task: "Call [name] and arrange a quote"

  4. Wait 2 days

  5. Email: "Would you like us to book you in?"

  6. Wait 5 days

  7. Create a task: "Chase [name] for a decision"

Quote to Job: job booked

  1. When a deal is won

  2. Email: "Your job is booked"

  3. Create a task: "Schedule the job for [name]"

  4. Notify your team: "Job won: [name]. A scheduling task has been created."

Quote to Job: job finished

  1. When a project is completed

  2. Email: "Your job is complete"

  3. Wait 1 day

  4. Ask the client for a review

  5. Wait 14 days

  6. Email: "Know someone who needs a hand?"

Before you switch it on

  • Install this instead of Speed to Lead, not as well, so a new lead does not get two replies
  • Put your area, working hours and how you quote (free quote, site visit) in the first email
  • Add what you always need on the day (parking, access, pets, where the stopcock is) to the job-booked email

Questions

Do I need a LUCY account?

Yes, a free one. If you do not have one yet, create it from your install link. Your purchase is then switched on in the workspace you choose.

Can I change it?

Yes. A pack is a set of ordinary automation rules. Read them, edit the wording, pause or delete any of them.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, any time before you install it.
