We read your request and quote a price. You see it before you pay anything, and you can withdraw the request until you have paid.

We build and connect it

Once you have paid, we build the automations, connect your tools and test it all with you.

Step 4

We switch it on

Everything goes live in your workspace. You then have a period of tweaks included, depending on the option you chose.

Common questions

How much does it cost?

The prices above are starting prices. After you describe what you want, we send a quote, and the quote is what you pay. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.

When do I pay?

After you have seen and accepted the quote, and before we start building. Until you pay, you can withdraw the request at no cost.

What do I need before I ask?

A LUCY business workspace, and a clear idea of what you want to happen automatically. Tell us which tools you use, such as your website forms, email or ad accounts, so we can plan the connections.

Can I ask for more than one setup?

Yes. You can have up to 2 requests in progress at a time. Once one is finished or withdrawn, you can send another.

What if I want changes afterwards?

Each option includes a period of tweaks after go-live, shown in what is included. Tell us what to change and we adjust it.
