How it works

When a loan is created
Notify your team: "A new loan was created for [name]."
Create a task: "Review the loan for [name]"
paid out
When a loan is paid out
Email: "Your loan has been paid out"
Create a task: "Check the first repayment for [name] is scheduled"
Before you switch it on
- Add your repayment details to the pay-out email
- Use with the Loans module
Questions
Do I need a LUCY account?
Yes, a free one. If you do not have one yet, create it from your install link. Your purchase is then switched on in the workspace you choose.
Can I change it?
Yes. A pack is a set of ordinary automation rules. Read them, edit the wording, pause or delete any of them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, any time before you install it.
