How it works

  1. 1. Become a partner

    Join the LUCY partner program, then ask to sell. We approve sellers by hand.

  2. 2. Build it in LUCY

    Create the automation in your own workspace, with the same builder your customers use, and test it.

  3. 3. Publish

    Choose the automations, describe the pack, set a price. Our checks run as you go.

  4. 4. We review it

    A person at LUCY reads every pack before it is listed, and every update.

  5. 5. Get paid

    You earn 70% of each sale once the buyer installs it. We pay you by bank transfer.

What a pack can contain

A pack runs inside the buyer's workspace and messages the buyer's own clients, so it is limited to ordinary follow-up. This keeps buyers safe, and it is enforced by the system, not just by review.

Allowed

  • Emails, text messages, tasks, team notifications, client tags and review requests
  • Conditions, waits and branches, up to 8 automations per pack
  • Up to 6 messages in one automation
  • The client's name and the date in your text
  • Prices from £9 to £99

Not allowed

  • Links, web addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or HTML in any text
  • Web requests, webhooks, chat posts, or anything that sends data outside the workspace
  • Inviting people, creating invoices or sending reports
  • Loops, scheduled runs or anything that repeats daily
  • Promises of results

Seller terms

  • You keep ownership of the automations you publish and give LUCY the right to sell, install and show them in the Automation Library. Buyers may use and edit what they buy, for their own business.
  • You promise that what you publish is yours or you have the right to use it, and that it does not copy someone else's work.
  • Every pack is reviewed by LUCY before it is listed and again for every update. LUCY may refuse, pause or remove a pack at its discretion, for example if it is misleading, risky for buyers or poorly made.
  • Packs can only use the actions, triggers and settings LUCY allows. They cannot contain links, web addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or HTML, send data anywhere outside the buyer's workspace, or change who has access to it.
  • Do not promise results. Describe what the automation does, not what the buyer will earn.
  • You receive 70% of what each buyer pays, once the buyer has installed the pack (a buyer can be refunded until then). LUCY keeps the rest, which covers payment fees, hosting, review and support. Payments are made by bank transfer from the balance shown in your partner account.
  • A buyer keeps the version they installed. An update only reaches new buyers, after review.
  • You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn. LUCY may hold or reverse earnings that came from fraud or abuse.
