Community Guidelines
Last updated: 1 October 2026 · LUCY Personal community, by NGA Dynamics Ltd
LUCY Personal is a place for people to grow, share progress and support each other. These guidelines keep it safe and kind. They apply to posts, comments, photos, videos, voice notes, profiles and private messages.
Be kind and be real
Encourage people. Disagree respectfully. Use your own name or username and your own photos, and do not pretend to be someone else.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging violence or self-harm.
- Hate or abuse aimed at people because of who they are, including race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any sexually explicit or graphic violent content.
- Sharing someone's private information, private messages or images without their permission.
- Scams, spam, fake accounts, and unsolicited promotion or advertising.
- Content that is illegal in the United Kingdom, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Misleading health, financial or safety claims that could cause harm.
Staying safe
You decide who sees each post: only you, your followers or the whole community. You can block or mute anyone, and report a post, comment, message or person from the menu next to it. If you are in danger or feel unsafe, contact the emergency services. We cannot respond to emergencies.
What happens when something is reported
- Our team reviews reports. For a reported private message we see only that message, not your wider conversation.
- We may remove content, warn a member, or suspend them from posting, from messaging, or from Personal altogether, for a set time or until lifted.
- Illegal content or content that puts someone at risk is removed straight away, and serious cases are passed to the authorities.
- Reports are kept confidential: we do not tell a member who reported them.
If you disagree with a decision
Tell us through Help & support in the app, or email info@ngadynamics.co.uk. A different team member will review it and reply.
Your content and your privacy
You own what you post. Private content such as your journal, calendar and messages is not shown to other members and is not used for marketing or to train AI. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
